Can I use a promotional code to make a purchase online?
Of course, you can! Simply enter your promotional code when prompted during the checkout process. Please note that promotional codes are not valid on already reduced items.
Will I be charged sales tax for my order?
OWI is required to charge applicable sales tax for Florida State only. Tax will be calculated during checkout and will be included in your order total before you confirm your order.
Will I be a charged brokerage fee if I am shipping outside of the U.S.?

How do I cancel/update my order?
Only orders that have not yet shipped can be canceled or modified. Please note that we try to begin processing orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. For this reason, please contact us via phone or email as soon as you realize you’d like to make a change. Please have your order number handy
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email confirmation after your order has been received. After 5 pm on that business day, you will receive another email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order.
I have received notification that an item is out of stock. Can I be put on a wait list?
We’re sorry about that! Unfortunately, we do not accept wait lists for items. You can contact us if you would like to find out more information about the item, including whether we will be receiving more quantities.
I added an item to my cart. Does that guarantee that I have the item?
Your cart is not guaranteed until you proceed to check out with your order. We do our best to maintain an upto-date inventory, but during times of increased shopping traffic, inventory discrepancies do sometimes occur. If we are unable to fulfill your order in its entirety, you will receive an email notification and will be refunded the purchase price for any sold-out items. Please allow up to one week for credit card charges to be reversed.
Do you sell individual pendants, chains or earrings?
We do not sell individual components or half-pairs of earrings.
What materials are used in your collection?
Our jewelry falls into three categories – sterling silver, mixed metals, and 18kt, 14kt gold. Most of our silver pieces are made of solid .925 sterling silver. Our mixed metal jewelry is a gold plate over brass. Between the gold and brass is a layer ofPV, which helps the gold bond to the brass inner layer. Third metal is stainless steel gold and silver plated.
Brass (base metal), then a layer of PV (one of the PGM’s, platinum group metals), 20 mils of Gold, matte – Stainless Steal PV plating 14kt gold and silver.
Sterling Silver .925, matte and slightly oxidized in order to make any designs pop Some larger styles are Brass with a PV layer and 20 mils of Silver plating over that, matte Gunmetal in 2 ways:
Oxidized sterling silver or plating layer of Rhodium (over palladium, over brass), matte
Brass,, Gold, 5 mils Rose Gold, matte
We use all-natural stones which are a product of nature. As a result, all of our gemstones come in variations of color, pattern and texture. We consider that these variations are what make your piece of jewelry that little bit extra special and unique.
We do our best to source stones that are ethically mined. Most of the stones in our collection come from Thailand, India, China and Vietnam as well as Turkey. When working with vendors, we are sure to contact them for details on stone sourcing and mining.
